Hi all!
Before we start with the main topic, we want to let you know that the promo cards from last year are sold out. Any new orders of this add-on or pledge will not include the Season One promo cards.
The Season Two promo cards will stay available of course!
You have all seen the amazing work that Bodie did for Goblin Laundromat 🧼
He has such a distinct style and the goblins and clothing items he created have so much character and whimsy to them.
But you probably did not know that these clothing items were just placeholders 😱
The idea has always been that the clothing items correspond to different fantasy species:
Merfolk 🧜🏽♀️ Vampires 🧛🏻♂️ Orcs 👹 Elves 🧝🏼♀️ and Dwarves 🧙🏼♂️
Currently all clothing items looks the same, but that changes today!
We are so happy to finally show you some of of the new and improved clothing items that fit the style of the different fantasy species in the game.

Hi all!
Just a short update today and only for L’oaf.
We are implementing a small change to the rules of the game.
Nothing major, only how you place ‘review’ cards.
So far we have always tucked the cards (with either their success 😁 or failure 😡 side) underneath the board. That always bothered us a bit. If you are a bit clumsy (like us 😅) you sometimes knock over you baker pawn and you might forget where it was on the track. Not ideal.
We decided it would be better to have dedicated cards and locations for the ‘review’ cards.
That is why we introduced the chef 🧑🏽🍳👨🏻🍳 cards, one angry chef and one happy.
You already know where this is going of course. Instead of tucking the cards under the board, you now tuck them under the corresponding chef. No fear of knocking over your own baker anymore!

Medievallons 🏰 promo cards - mini expansion

Hi all!
Today we want to show you the new Action cards 💥 for Medievallons 🏰
These cards will be added to the promo cards pack for the games, which you will get when you pledge for the whole Season Two bundle 📦 or you can order separately as an add-on.
What are Action cards?
Action cards are a new addition to Medievallons and work a bit different from guild cards. You can't use Action cards in a guild, but they can be very powerful when played at the right time.
For this mini expansion we will introduce 8 more cards of 2 different types:
The Shield 🛡️ and The Breaker 🔨
Both of these cards can be used outside of your turn as a reaction to another player.
For example: a player wants to use a Witch 🧙🏻♀️ to copy one of you guilds, play a Shield 🛡️to prevent that action. The other player discards their Witch card like normal, and you place your Shield card on top of the discard pile.
But! What if you opponent (or any other player for that matter 😏) has a Breaker 🔨?
Well… they can just break your Shield card.
This small addition to the game can cause some fun chaos!
And we just love the new art that Coen made for these cards.

L’oaf 👩🍳🥐 promo cards - mini expansion

Hi all!
It is time to reveal the first promo cards 🃏 for Season Two!
Just like last year, you will get all the promo cards when you order the full bundle of all 3 three games. For this season we have created 3 separate promo card packs, which you can also order as an add-on. So if you only want 1 of the games you can order the promo pack of that game separately and don’t have any cards left over for games you don’t own.
You should of course get the whole series 😉, but it is good to have options.
Today’s first promo cards are for L’oaf 🥐 and is a mini expansion to the game.
This expansion add 2 new cards which create a new experience on the reputation board.
During setup, place the two new cards on the reputation board, so that they cover the positive (green) side of the board.
The overlay cards change the distribution of bonus points for having a positive reputation.
A reputation of 8 or higher will result in negative points (the bosses don't like try-hards..).
You basically create a whole new board which allows for (even) more replay-value.
