Hi all!
The goblins, bakers and guilds have all arrived in our warehouse! 🧼🥐🏰 The wait for the games is almost over. This week our fulfilment partner will start with packaging 📦 and shipping 🚚 or Season Two all over the world.
Soo you will receive a message from Meeples Distribution with a tracking link and/or extra information about your shipment. Not all countries and parts of the world 🗺️ will be done all at once so it could take about 2 weeks before all parcels are send out.
A small mistake 🤦🏻♂️ We have noticed a small mistake in Goblin Laundromat, which can be confusing for scoring. Even after the whole team and our play testers went through the games, sometimes small things slip through the cracks 😓
On the Vampire 🧛🏻♂️ (grey) cloak cards we placed a wrong icon in the top left corner by accident. The trousers 👖 icon is placed instead of the cloak (like on all the other cards). Vampire 🧛🏻♂️ (grey) cloaks, like in the example below, score the same as the other cloaks. Most of you will not make the mistake these cards for trousers 😅 but we wanted to address the mistake in the icons.

Hi all!
Another great milestone has been reached! Production for Season Two 🧼🥐🏰 is complete. Today we received a few copies for Local Pickup and the rest of the copies will be send to our distribution partner who will start with fulfilment in one or two weeks.
We will also be attending SPIEL in Essen again this year with our friends from Wulfhorn Games (who publishes all the ABGD Seasons games). Do you want to check out any of our other games, or just come by and say 'hi!', you are welcome to join us at booth 3U130.

Pledge manager and production update

Hi all!
Just a very short update, since we don't have much news 😁 90% of you have filled in the Backerkit survey, there is still time to lock in your address.
Did you loose your survey? You can use this link to fill in your information or update your address:
We are also excited to let you know that production of the games have started! Our eco-friendly 🌱 manufacturer Fabryka Kart in Poland has let us know that the production is planned to be done at the end of September. Which should be a few weeks ahead of schedule.
Once production is done we will let you know when shipping will start. But we expect to start shipping in the beginning of October 🤞🏻

Pledge manager survey coming this week

Hi all!
The files for the games have been sent to the manufacturer! Any day now we will receive the test sheets to check the colour and quality. If all is correct they can start with production, which is sooner than expected.
Since production is getting very close, we will also be sending out the pledge manager survey out this week. In this survey you can fill in all the information you need to receive your games, or maybe even order some extra add-ons.
Like last year, we will offer some option for Local Pickup There are a few options for an in person pick up at specific events in the Netherlands and during SPIEL in Essen, Germany. ‼️ When you want to make use of this option, make sure to change your country to the 'Local Pickup' option in the pledge manager survey ‼️
The options are: • ABGD XXL 2025 ❤️ Amsterdice - 28 September - 'House of Watt' Amsterdam (14:00 - 21:00) • Amsterdice - 19 October 2025 - 'House of Watt' Amsterdam (13.00 - 22.00) • SPIEL Essen 2025 - 23 - 26 October 2024 - Booth 3U130 'Wulfhorn Games' • Spellenspektakel 2025 - 8 & 9 November - 'Jaarbeurs' Utrecht, Booth 'Wulfhorn Games'
Before sending our the pledge manager survey to all backers, we will perform a so called 'smoke test'. This means that a small percentage of backers will receive the pledge manager email first, this is so we can still make some changes to the survey if needed.

Hi all!
At Amsterdam Board Game Design we support the LGBTQ+ community and we want to celebrate Amsterdam Pride 🌈 by adding Pride themed promo cards to our games. This is a very tiny gesture, but we hope even this small addition to the games will spread some awareness about the struggles that many people still have to live with on a daily basis in our society. We have come to know the board game community as being very welcoming to everyone and today we want to celebrate that by spreading a message of love, hope and pride with you all!
Medievallons 🏰🏳️🌈 - The Lovers ❤️ The Lovers are Medievallons that want to connect people and see past their differences. You can play a Lover with any other guild card to add to an existing guild, creating a mixed guild of two different powers together.
Goblin Laundromat 🧼🏳️🌈 - Pride socks 🧦
Who says we have to conform to wearing the same socks, why can’t socks not be together with any sock they want? The new Pride socks 🧦 allows just that, just add a blue sock to your rainbow sock. It is your life, love what you love.
L’oaf 🥖🏳️🌈 - Rainbow numbers
Working is hard, why not add a bit of colour to you daily life in the bakery? Don’t work too hard, celebrate and play a Rainbow 🌈 card. After the day is done you decide what number it will be.
